These terms govern your use of PinIt Travel Memories and the travelmemories.app website. By using PinIt, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for content you add or share. You retain responsibility for ensuring you have the right to upload and share photos, text and other material.
Public links
When you create a public share link, the content included in that shared snapshot may be viewed by anyone who receives the link. Do not publish information you do not want others to see.
PinIt+
Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are shown by the store at purchase and are subject to its terms. Premium access remains subject to a valid subscription.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use public sharing to violate another person's rights.
Availability
We aim to keep PinIt available and reliable, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

PinIt is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Travel and location information should not be relied on for safety-critical navigation.
